MY ROUTINE WEEK 3
MY ROUTINE WEEK
This week was filled with engaging lectures, workouts, and moments of reflection. From early morning Subuh prayers to late-night studying
Monday
Mondays mark a new beginning. My day started with Subuh, setting a peaceful and productive tone. After prayer, I had a healthy breakfast before heading to my morning lectures, where I focused on taking critical notes.
After class, I had a quick lunch before heading home to perform Zuhr and Asr prayers. A short nap afterward helped refresh my mind for the evening.
After completing Maghrib and Isya, I headed to the gym for a solid workout session. Once back, I refueled with a protein shake and a light dinner before studying for a couple of hours. Ending the day with 7–8 hours of good sleep set me up for a strong week ahead.
