MY ROUTINE WEEK
My Routine Week
Hi, my name is Muhamad Aiman Bin Azizan. I’m 19 years old and the sixth child in a family of seven siblings. Through this blog, I look forward to sharing my routine every week. For me,maintaining a balanced routine is key to staying focused, energized, and productive. This week, I made a conscious effort to juggle my academic, physical, and personal commitments while ensuring I had time to recharge. Here's how my week unfolded:
Monday: Kicking Off the Week
Mondays set the tone for the week, and I started mine with a hearty breakfast and engaging morning lectures. The topics were intriguing, and I made sure to take detailed notes.
After classes, I grabbed a quick lunch, went home, prayed Asr, and took a short nap to refresh myself. My evenings are all about the gym, so after Maghrib and Isha prayers, I headed there for a solid workout session. Post-gym, a protein shake and a light dinner fueled me as I spent a couple of focused hours studying. I wrapped up my day with a good 7–8 hours of sleep.
Tuesday: Staying Productive
Tuesday was all about keeping the momentum going. Early classes kept me in the academic mindset, and a healthy lunch near campus re-energized me for the day.
Evening study sessions helped me stay on top of my notes and assignments. After a break for light stretching, I hit the gym again, rounding off my day with a relaxing night to recharge.
Wednesday: The Midweek Hustle
Wednesdays are usually packed, with back-to-back classes in the morning. Interesting discussions during lectures kept me engaged.
Evenings were focused on completing tasks and assignments, with some downtime after Isha prayer for a simple dinner and early rest.
Thursday: Maintaining Momentum
Classes continued, and I made the most of the day by staying attentive and consistent. A quick lunch from a nearby food truck added some variety, and the wraps were as nutritious as they were delicious.
The evening was a mix of studying, strength training at the gym, and winding down early to stay refreshed for the end of the week.
Friday: Wrapping Things Up
Friday brought the final stretch of my classes. After attending Friday prayers at the mosque, I had lunch with friends, catching up over a great meal.
The evening was dedicated to reviewing my notes and preparing for upcoming tests, followed by a cardio session at the gym. I ended the day with a relaxing dinner and some well-deserved downtime.
Saturday: Weekend Vibes
The weekend was a chance to slow down. Sleeping in a little, enjoying a late breakfast, and spending time with friends made for a perfect start.
A casual gym session in the evening helped me stay active without overexerting, and I finished the day with a home-cooked meal and some relaxing time at home.
Sunday: Preparing for the Week Ahead
Sunday was all about reflection and preparation. I spent the morning setting goals and organizing my schedule for the upcoming week. After some light studying and a refreshing nap, I ended the day early to ensure a fresh start on Monday.
This week taught me the value of balance between work, health, and relaxation. Staying consistent with my routine has kept me energized and focused, and I’m looking forward to tweaking and improving it in the coming weeks. How do you balance your week?
